8 oz kale, chopped into thin strips
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp honey
1 tsp dry sherry
1/2 tsp grated ginger
Mix all ingredient except kale together. Pour over kale and let sit for 15 minutes until it wilts.
